5 Reverse Lunge Twist Left/Right

5 Side Lunge Left/Right

10 Air Squats

10 Double Unders (20 Single Unders)

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

1. Burpee

2. Overhead squat(75)

3. Airfit

4. Push Press(75)

5. Box jump(20″)

Three rounds of one minute max effort on each station followed by one minute rest.
