Wall squat therapy x 10

10 PVC pass throughs

10 Sotts press with PVC pipe

20 Double unders

Bench Press (Take 15 minutes to establlish 1rm)

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every four min for 20 complete a 400m run and 15 pullups
